I am an economist at the Bank of Italy, in the Prices Team of Economic Outlook and Monetary Policy Directorate, DG for Economics, Statistics and Research.
In January 2024 I obtained a PhD in Economics and Finance at Bocconi University.
My research interests are focused on expectations in macroeconomics and inflation dynamics.
My research projects investigate the role of information and psychology in macro-finance topics using micro data. In particular, I am interested in firms and financial intermediaries expectations, their role in the credit cycle and their interaction with fiscal and monetary policy. I also work on food inflation dynamics and firms' prices and costs expectations.
